‘Dancing with the Stars‘, a reality TV show, pairs up celebrities (from film, TV, Music and Sports) with professional dance partners and they compete in various dance competitions in front of studio audience, judges and Nation also. In every season, celebrity/professional dancer pairs are made and are judged by a panel of expert judges and viewers as well. Every week, a team (pair) which didn’t perform well and which has the lowest score, is eliminated from the competition. It’s determined by judges’ views and viewers’ votes for that particular pair. At the end of every season, remained three couples compete in a dance-off to find out the winner of the trophy.

It’s a US version of a hot British series ‘Strictly Come Dancing’. In each round of competition, each couple demonstrates their training and rehearsal by performing a choreographed routine and at the end of each performance, judges give them scores. At the end of the broadcast, viewers vote for their favorite couple and on next day, a couple, which fails to attract viewers and judges, gets eliminated.

‘Dancing with the Stars’ was premiered on June 1, 2005 and currently, series is running with seventh season. Series is hosted by Tom Bergeron, an Emmy Award winning game show host and TV personality and E! Reporter, Samantha Harris.
