‘Dancing with the Stars’ returned with third season on September 12, 2006 and it aired till November 15, 2006. In this season, 11 couples competed to win the title and a new scoring system was introduced. 25 % of the total score was counted from fans’ votes but fans’ votes were handled in the old way. Each participant was given points based on the percentage of the total points.
